Hey, my name is Aly and I am a self taught baker from Perth, WA. I fortunately learnt to cook and bake from a very young age with my late mother in our tiny kitchen, and as I grew up, I developed a passion for both as well as my own flavours and styles. Baking however, was always my sort of hidden passion which I have now decided to pursue since learning that life is too short to not do what makes you happy! My work is focused on producing high quality products that TASTE as good as they look.
